Reserve Home Now

Do you want to reserve a home and homesite now so you will not risk losing it?

Instructions to immediately reserve a specific home and homesite:

1. Fill out the information below and submit it to us (mention in the "Your Comments" section that you are interested in reserving).
2. Be prepared to deposit $6,000 to reserve the home and homesite.
3. We will contact you with instructions on depositing.
4. The deposit is fully refundable for 30 days after it is made. We will take your home and homesite off the market (pending status) after the deposit is made. Within the 30 day period all paperwork is expected to be reviewed and signed. If the papwork has not been signed after the 30 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable and the home and homesite would be put back on the market (active). If, after the 30 days, you choose to sign the paperwork, then you may still do so if it is still available at that time and we would put the home back in a pending status for you. The deposit is credited toward the purchase price and you may swap homesites up to 2 times within a 60 day period. If, within, 60 days you do not sign the paperwork on a homesite to purchase, then you will forefeit the deposit.
